He gives us hope that we can be proactive in our own care in this easy to read guide, but also tells us more about what physical therapy can do. He covers many questions about exercise and diet. Sometimes it is hard to choose the right kind of help but he writes about what to look for in order to get the right kind of help. I appreciate that he includes stories of how others found help.”

“I found this book really informative with practical and realistic tips on how to apply the health information in my daily life. It debunks some of the myths associated with health & fitness; and how insurance plays such a huge and negative role in our decision making where we more included to choose an option that is pocket friendly rather than health friendly. It talks about long term results and benefits than short term quick fix options. Dr. Wong discusses different holistic medicine options that affect health and fitness along with exercises. Most people join a gym and think that’s enough for staying healthy but this book really highlights other aspects of our health that we tend to ignore. It’s an easy read unlike other books filled with medical jargons that make the information overwhelming, confusing and sometimes difficult to understand for non-medical readers. Dr. Wong highlights so many different health and postural problems like scoliosis, TMJ problems, scar tissue and how all of that can affect everyday of our lives. I am very impressed with how he has shared such complicated information in a simplified manner so that most people can understand and apply the knowledge shared in their day to day lives. I am so glad I came across this book and will be considering gifting it to my friends and family who need to learn this valuable.”
