Rebekah

Patient Care Coordinator

Rebekah grew up in Gallup, New Mexico. She moved to Houston in 2019 after graduating from high school and has been working since then. She has previous experience in similar roles where she developed strong skills in customer service, communication, and time management. In her past positions, she handled daily responsibilities such as assisting customers, managing tasks efficiently, and working as part of a team. This experience has prepared her to perform effectively in this role.

Many patients are eager to see the doctor because they want clear answers and quick results about their health concerns. She would want to help by improving communication, keeping patients informed about wait times, and making sure they feel heard and supported while they wait.

While she is not a provider, she enjoys helping patients who may feel anxious, uncertain, or in need of reassurance by making them feel comfortable, informed, and supported during their care experience.

She appreciates the supportive team environment and the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
