About Next Level PT

The clinic that treats the cause.

Most clinics manage your symptoms and call it a plan. We built this place to end them: one-on-one, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every single visit.

Our Story

This isn’t our story. It’s yours.

Dr. Jack Wong, PT, DPT, Founder

Dr. Jack Wong opened Next Level Regenerative Physical Therapy in 2012 after years of watching patients move through the traditional medical system without ever truly getting better. He wanted to build a clinic where recovery meant getting back to your actual life, not just managing symptoms.

He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Touro College and has spent his career treating patients one-on-one, the same way he wishes more of his own family had been treated. He later wrote Aging Stronger, a book for patients over 40 who want to stay active and independent without leaning on medication, injections, or unnecessary surgery.

In 2024, Houston Business Journal named him to its 40 Under 40 list for his approach to patient care. Today he runs Next Level as owner and lead physical therapist, still seeing patients himself every week. The people who do best here are the ones who fix things: their houses, their teams, their families. This is where they finally fix the thing they’ve been putting off: themselves.

What We Believe

Four things we’ll never compromise.

Your hour. Not shared.

No techs bouncing between rooms, no handoffs mid-visit. Just you and a Doctor of PT, the whole time.

Root cause first. Symptoms follow.

You’ve probably chased the pain itself before and never found why it started. We find the why, then the ache stops coming back.

Plans end. That’s the point.

You shouldn’t need a punch card. Every plan comes with a graduation date, so you always know how close you are.

You’re not a protocol.

Your job, your body, your goals: that’s what your plan is built around, never pulled from a generic sheet.

The Difference

Not your typical clinic.

A typical clinic

  • You explain your pain to a different aide every visit
  • Your hour gets split with two other patients
  • The same pain creeps back in a few months
  • No graduation date, just book again next week

Next Level PT

  • One-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit
  • Your full hour, uninterrupted, every time
  • A root-cause evaluation before we treat anything
  • A plan with an endpoint, mapped out on day one

Feel the difference in your first visit.

This is our neighborhood too.

We’ve been treating Kingwood since 2017: your neighbors, your teammates, your kids’ coaches. The mom who’s been pushing through it so nobody else has to worry? She’s probably on our schedule too. Recovery is a lot more personal when it’s local.
